The strategic guidelines for the following year were defined at a management event organized by an international technology company. There the transformation dashboard was also presented, with the help of which the change processes in the group and in particular the progress of the individual projects and work streams are measured and evaluated using KPIs. The web-based dashboard system is used on the intranet and serves as a real-time controlling system for top management to evaluate the ongoing transformation processes.
For a German DAX group from the mobility industry, we created a digital self-test for the group-wide change / innovation team. This serves to determine the "digital readiness" or "ability to innovate and change" of the organization and employees in the change and innovation process. In the digital survey, the willingness to change (Organizational Change Readiness, OCR) was queried as part of a proven evaluation concept of organizational science and analyzed or evaluated in real time. Building on the results (visualized in a dashboard), the participants are given recommendations for further training and learning units.
The “transformation machine” functions as an “expert platform / intranet” in organizations that have to change and renew themselves. It is a role-based work platform for change management and provides change actors with knowledge, methods, instruments and advanced diagnostic tools for on-site work.
